Fall Football

The Football Program operates under the overall RYS philosophy of “Giving Kids a Sporting Chance”.  The objectives of this program are to develop the physical and mental well being of the individual, to increase self-confidence and self-respect, and to encourage leadership development.  We wish to develop better citizens through team play and sportsmanship-like competition. Provide a quality physical education program, allow every youth player to participate, and develop their skills to the extent they desire. We teach a positive attitude toward competition and discourage the “win at all costs” attitude. The goal is to teach each player that they are a winner if they give their best effort-regardless of the score.

Youth football teaches kids important life skills:

*How to finish something you start.
*How to be accountable
*How to be disciplined
*The value of Goal setting
*Teamwork and leadership

*How to be selfless.
*That there are no shortcuts.
*How to stand for something.
*How to accomplish something bigger than oneself

2018 REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Registration for fall football will open online on April 12th and is open to anyone between the ages of 5-14 (Must be in middle school)

Walk in registration dates will be posted and announced here soon

Registration will cost $125 for U5/U6 and $140 for the remaining leagues.

We have added a payment plan option for this fall! This option will be available at the check out selection. It breaks the total amount over several easier payments.

The weigh in day will take place on the scrimmage day and will be done by an authorized league official.

This year, we will have a question asking what high school do you wish to attend. Our goal is to align new players with their respected high schools. We want everyone to have a fair and equal opportunity to develop a youth team. To the independent teams in the league, this rule applies to you as well. Kids can also request you as a coach.
