High School Baseball (Senior League)

RYS is bringing back the Senior League for the upcoming 2019 baseball season.  The Senior League is for high school aged players.  The league will start after the WIAA high school season ends.  All players are welcome, whether they played high school baseball or not.

If you're interested, register for the tryout.  There's no money due right now.  We are still working out the details, including cost.  Once all the details are set, we'll give you the choice to continue with the team or not.

If enough players register, we could have two teams or more.

Any questions, send us an email at [email protected]

Senior Baseball 2019

The Senior baseball league is for high school aged players, from 15 to 17 years old.    The league will start in June, after the WIAA high school season is complete.  They don't need to have played WIAA baseball to play on this team.  All kids in the age group are welcome.

Age eligibility is based on a September 1st cutoff date.  For example, if a player turns 18 years old before September 1st, they are not eligible to play in the Senior League. If they turn 18 after September 1st, making their eligible age 17, they would be eligible to play in the Senior League.

The season will run from the 1st of June through the beginning of August.  At the moment, we are anticipating a total of 16 games.  Games will be played against teams from Sturtevant, Union Grove, and other neighboring areas.  Currently, we plan to play home games at Haban Park, but the away games will be at the other teams' home fields.

Games will be played throughout the week.
